We've got you covered when it comes to shipping. We have FREE delivery to Te Waipounamu South Island, a flat rate for Te Ika a Maui North Island and a flat rate for rural deliveries. Delivery outside of Te Ika a Maui North Island or Te Waipounamu South Island is perfectly possible, please get in touch for a quote.

Remember, you're getting a quality, local, hand made item and we're often making to order so your estimated delivery date isn't automated but will be calculated depending on supply chains, stock levels, size of item and your location. If we aren't as good at reaching out and letting you know what is going on as we think we are, we're just a quick email or phone call away.

RECEIVING GOODS
All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible whilst minimising environmental impact. Only give 'permission to leave' if packages can be dropped in a dry location. Please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and do not accept goods damaged by impact or water in transit. Advise us within 5 working days of delivery if there is an issue with the delivered product, ideally with some photos. Any faulty products are robustly covered with Aotearoa New Zealand's extremely thorough Consumer Guarantees Act; one of the many advantages of buying locally. Assembly is incredibly simple but the instructions must be followed carefully otherwise we can't be held responsible for damages. If it does go wrong, for whatever reason, don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll see what can be done.
